


This blog is a fitness station pack filled with information on how to take care of the body with exercise & proper eating. I will use lots of pictures & videos throughout the entire blog. One thing this blog will do is focus on the fitness of the heart. The heart is very important to me because when I was young I had a heart murmur. I also suffered a heart attack at the age of 8 which kept me in the hospital for a while. Since then I have been a big advocate of taking care of the heart.
