All Legs All the Time

LEGS DAY ALL SESSION LONG...LUNGES, JUMP SQUATS, CALF RAISERS & MORE

These are instructional fitness training footage Boot Camp style.  These clips will show you various routines that a person put themselves through when trying to sculpt their legs. Anyone can complete these routines as you can see there are beginners and advance participants in this class.

Feel free to try these exercises at your leisure.  I recommend that a person targets their legs at least two times per week. There are an infinite number of routines that one can come up with to get their legs looking the way they want.

These videos will provide a visual illustration of how some routines are performed, and show you that anyone can get fit using these techniques.  These videos are uncut and unedited.

Now, I know you might see some perfect forms and you might see some not so perfect forms. I left those in there especially for my beginners out there so you can see that you may be rusty in the begining but if you continue to work hard and strive, you will acheive the perfect form.
