UP & COMING RUNNING PROGRAM

(ONLY FOR THOSE WHO ATTENDS BOOT CAMP FITNESS SESSIONS AT OUC SE WASHINGTON DC)
In continuing with the fitness classes I would like to present to you guys a new class which will be offered with the Boot Camp Fitness class (Those who signs up for the Boot Camp fitness will automatically be enrolled in the running club)...The class is a Running Club, this class can be attended by anyone (beginner or advance person). I will be offering this class as part of the Boot Camp fitness sessions twice per week. Of course, a person will be able to sign-up for only the running club if he or she should choose too. I really would like for as people as possible to take advantage of this class especially if your looking to achieve great cardiovascular endurance, lose weight, & tone up your body quickly. PRICE: $40 PER MONTH

GOALS & OBJECTIVES: The plan is for a person who takes part of this program to be able to run (without stopping) & complete 7 miles or 10k. In this program we will address proper running technique, breathing technique, the correct running gear & hydration & re-hydration process for effectively keeping your body ready to go through the rigger of long distance running. Furthermore we will also address the need to strengthen legs & core muscles which has been a forgotten aspect for beginners & advance long distance runners.
